Rule N.

Applicability of ARCP.

The Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure as modified for applicability in the district courts shall be applicable to small cliams court cases when necessary to serve the ends of justice and when the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure, as modified, are not inconsistent with these small claims rules.
